Sons of Liches started it's existence as a group of real life friends who wanted to put together some Karazhan raids in an organised environment back in the TBC days. From this, we grew and built more structure around what was a very humble beginnings. SoL really took off once WoTLK was released, and we increased our roster and built a hierarchy structure of officers and raid leaders and put a decent website together and brought in many more rules and systems to maintain order and a real sense of belonging. SoL prides itself on being strict but fair, and ensuring that our members are not only players who strive for optimising their raid effectiveness but conduct themselves in a way that is becoming of an SoL member. We have a zero tolerance policy on 'ninja' activity by our members and have built an excellent reputation on our server which will not be tarnished by unacceptable behaviour.

We have maintained players that have been with us for at least 2-3 of those years and we still enjoy their company to this day, so clearly we're doing something right.

SoL is a friendly, sociable guild but our mindset for raids is hardcore and we expect our members to focus and perform to the highest level while we raid. We have a very strict set of rules and guidelines so that everyone is aware what is expected of them from the outset. We use a DKP system with decay to fairly distribute loot to those that put the effort in when attending raids, especially on wipe nights.

What we expect of people applying for SoL:

• Know your class inside out, utilising websites such as elitistjerks etc to stay on top of recent class changes.
• Fully gemmed and enchanted with premium materials. Anything less is slack, plain and simple.
• Good reputation on the server, no ninjas / spammers / trolls need apply or you will be removed quickly.
• You have read and accepted our rules and regulations.
• Good attitude and can have a laugh but knuckles down and focuses during raids.
