I want to try and keep rules simple so that everyone understands them, the rules are always subject to change and are interpreted by the officers discretion. We want to make everything as fair as possible, so please make sure to ask if there's anything unclear.
We use the following rank with respective privileges:
Guild Master
- Slight invite priority to raids in order to lead and organise them.
- Same raiding / loot priority priority as raiders
- Can overrule an officer decision as and when appropriate
Officers
- Slight invite priority to raids in order to lead and organise them, (however if any of us slacks or goes inactive we're not allowed just jump right back into raids again when we like)
- Same raiding / loot priority as raiders
Raider
- Highest loot priority.
- High raid invite priority.
- Requires top performance.
- Requires high attendance to raids.
- Required to inform us through his personal thread if unable to attend a raid.
- Requires good dedication and loyalty to the guild.
- Receive Guild Bank Repairs
- Receive Guild Bank Mats for Enchants
Member
- 2nd loot priority
- Medium attendance required.
- Good performance required.
- Should inform us through his personal thread if unable to attend a raid.
Trial
- Low loot priority
- Required to inform us through his personal thread if unable to attend a raid.
- Impress us on attendance and performance and you'll pass your trial.
Friend
- Required to be a friend of a Raider or Member
- Who's friend a Friend is invited as should be noted in the guild note.
Now depending on how you perform and attend raids you should be put in the proper rank, now remember, having high attendance for 3 raids is not enough to Raider and you have to be performing very good. If you think you deserve a promote you can always ask an officer why you have not yet got it.
Feedback is welcome.
