Treat the application form as if you are applying for a job. Enter as much information in as much detail as you can. If your application shows that you clearly could not be bothered to make an effort filling in the form, then your application will likely be rejected. SoL cares more about the quality of the person than the character, so be sure to fill out the form in a way that does you justice or you will find yourself rejected.
