With the very successful recruitment that's taken place so far on Kazzak, I'm now looking to recruit for our SECOND raid team.
Raid Team Recruitment:=======================================
The recruitment for our second raid team will be EXCLUSIVELY through the website application process, and whilst guildies (social and friend ranks) will be welcome to apply, please be aware that you will have no advantage during the recruitment process. This is a second progression team, and therefore we will be choosing based on performance, knowledge of class, activity level, eye for details, personality etc. We're looking for the whole package here, and your application should demonstrate these qualities if you want to be successful.
At this time, the raid schedule for Group #2 is identical to that of Raid Group #1:
Wednesday: 19:30 to 22:30 Thursday:19:30 to 22:30 Sunday: 20:30 to 23:00 Monday: 19:30 to 22:30
Please note that ALTS of Raid Team number 1 cannot apply for Raid Group #2 due to conflict of interest and overlapping raid schedules.
A word to the wise... any short applications that show no effort whatsoever will be disregarded. This is a serious raiding team, and if you cannot make the effort with your application, I will assume the same lack of effort towards your raid performance and decline your application.
I am also looking for an extremely dedicated, reliable and knowledgeable RAID LEADER for the second team.
The responsibilities of the raid leader include, but are not limited to:
- Raid planning / setup - Raid recruitment - Loot management - Research, communication and execution of tactics - Conflict resolution - Team Morale
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English, and general communication skills - Microphone for vent - 'Firm but fair' and 'can do' personality - Excellent commitment to the guild and the raid team - High activity levels outside of raids (raid loggers need not apply) - Friendly and approachable demeanor
